THINGS TO KNOW

BEFORE YOUR STAY

Minimum Stay

2-night minimum stay required on weekends. 3-night minimum on holiday weekends.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-In: 3:00pm; Check-Out: 12 noon.

Tax & Fees

All rates are plus tax and fees, where applicable

Pets Welcome

Pets are welcome at Shady Brook! Owners are expected to follow our pet policy:
• Pet must display a current license and rabies tag.
• Pet must be on a leash at all times when walking.
• You must clean up after your pet.
• Pets are not allowed in any building, at the pool or playground.
• Pets may not be left unattended at your site.
• Your pet must not be aggressive to people or other dogs.
• Your pet must not be a constant barker.

Site Respect

Do not move fire rings, picnic tables, or disturb natural surroundings. Leave your site as you found it.

Seasonal Site Rules

Seasonal campers must maintain their site in a neat and orderly manner. Structures require prior approval from management.
